Fan-made remake Gamma Emerald gets a release date for its first demo

After more than a year of development, fan-made Pokemon Emerald remake Gamma Emerald is getting its first demo in just over a month. Posted today by developer UndreamedPanic on their YouTube channel, a brief one minute trailer showed a May 15th release date for the demo after being teased yesterday.

Built from the ground up in Unreal Engine, UndreamedPanic has shown the overworld, attack effects, trainer battles, an updated UI and more since their first video in January of 2024.

Further updates can be found on their YouTube channel, with the full game’s release date as yet unknown.
