I've Seen a lot of people struggle with this and I'm here to provide a how to guide with
knowledge provided by people in a thread i made who will be credited down below!
this would be so much harder to figure out without them!

Prerequisites:
- A ISO of Pokemon Box Matching the region of the cart (or the correct combination show below)
(ex. PKMN RS (US Cart) + PKMN Box (US ISO), PKMN RS (US Cart) +PKMN Box (PAL ISO)
PKMN RS (PAL Cart) + PKMN Box (PAL ISO), PKMN RS (JPN Cart) + PKMN Box (JPN ISO)

- A GBA with a GBA to GCN Link Cable

- Devolution by tueidj: https://gbatemp.net/threads/devolution-public-release.330554/#post-4304727
(or)
- Devolution Cracked by bobmcjr: https://gbatemp.net/threads/defeating-devolution.615252/

I'd recommend the cracked version if you're like me that owns a dumped ISO but doesn't have access to your
physical copy as it bypasses the disc check on first use and let's you immediately boot your dumped ISO

I will not provide a link to an ISO so please do not ask.

Setup process:
- Place your the "gc_devo" folder of either the
cracked or OG Devolution inside the path "SD:/apps/"

- From here it's pretty straight forward, that being said, open the homebrew menu
and launch the Devolution program you chose to use

- Here you will notice key differences if you're used to Nintendont and plan on using OG Devolution:
OG Devolution will use "SD:/games/" as it's paths for ISO files
Devolution Cracked will use "SD:/games/"Game name"/" (Just like Nintendont)

- If you made it this far, you're done! Just boot up your ISO and go in Adventure Mode
and when it finishes connecting it should work just fine.

FAQ:
"Don't most PAL Gamecube games require a PAL CRT, so wouldn't it make mixing and matching as shown above be pointless?"
No, because Devolution as well as Devolution Cracked can force games to run at 480p thus making it PAL ISO compatible with a NTSC CRT.

"Will this work on a Wii without the Gamecube controller ports?"
I am unsure as I'd imagine if it does it'd be a lot more of a hassle to get it setup.

"Why Devolution and not Dios Mios/Lite?"
Well that's the thing Dios Mios/Lite is so much more of a rabbithole to
understand and or set up so i went with this option as those in the thread i made
were more in favor of going with devolution because of this.
