Death end re;Quest: Code Z is set in parallel universes. World DE-1 resembles Earth in the 2000s. Iris was born there, setting in motion a series of tragic loops. Arata Mizunashi and his team unravelled the loops. Iris created a copy of World DE-1 — creatively naming it World DE-1.5 — where feuds gave way to friendships. The world is perfect, with everyone’s contribution being perfect. However, a new crisis emerges when a mysterious man appears, followed by a group of people identical to the former heroes. The game’s new protagonist/hero, Sayaka Hiwatari, must confront the rising chaos.
The Strain Area contains deadly dungeons, filled with randomly-generated monsters, traps, etc. When you move, your enemy moves. Explore every corner searching for items while trying to make your way down. At the bottom of each dungeon awaits a powerful boss, ready to test your limits. After it is defeated, save your friend and escape the Strain Area alive! With death comes despair-inducing Death Ends. You might even get a brutal Double Death End, overseen by Corpse Party writer Makoto Kedouin.
