For Dolphin Emulator/ Ishiiruka, NA/EU/JP/SPA patched.
Update 1.4:
-Texture count (textures+material maps) 12.446
-Updated and fixed some Disc 1 textures.
-Completed Disc 2.
-Double format release DDS/PNG
-Reduced colors to 32K for max balanced size shrink.
-Partial JP biohazard completion (sadly some textures appear to be endless in this region so expect some texture absent) The files archive texts are not processed in this release.

NOTE: As you see in video some color gradation is FUCKT UP on some textures, this happened during conversion and im not aware of it when compress and upload the pack, SORRY, this is the price to try to reduce size, i try to localize those textures to remade it again and upload separately for replacing
