A release date has been set for the PC launch of Neptunia Riders VS Dogoos

Neptunia Riders VS Dogoos has been available for consoles in Japan since last June and for consoles in Western countries since January. Announced today, the combat motorcycle action game is coming to Steam at the end of April. This version has Japanese and English voiceover options. Subtitles are available in English, French, Spanish (Spain), Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. (The Western console release only includes the first three languages.)

The game is set in a dimension quite different from Gamindustry. A vast number of distinct Dogoos are appearing and beginning to cover the land. To escape, a lone motorcycle rider travels the world searching for an exit.

Here are Neptunia Riders VS Dogoos’ key features, from Idea Factory International:

• Dogoo Day Care — Choose from 6 playable characters, scour the land on your trusty bike, and collect as many variants of Dogoos as possible to win! As players progress through 15 Dogoo-filled stages, Uzume must find a way to snap her friends out of their weird fascination with Dogoos!
• The Dogoo Bounty Hunter — Collecting Dogoos can be a cinch, but stealing Dogoos is a whole ‘notha ball game! Certain characters shine more in close combat, while others excel in long-range attacks. Find the strengths (and weaknesses, of course!) to become a true Dogoo bounty hunter!
• These Dogoos Do Bike Back — As squishy and adorable as these Dogoos are, some can be quite the menace. Each Dogoo has specific types of behaviors, as well as positive/negative effects when collecting them. By learning the positive and negative effects of the Dogoos, you can use them to your advantage and even throw the nasty ones to your opponent!
• Stunt Your Bike — Want to show off your ride in the next bike meet? Impress (or scare?) Dogoos by altering the bike’s body, muffler, tires, and other accessories! These customizations can give the Goddesses increased defense, max speed, acceleration, and even maneuverability. These upgrades can ultimately give you the winning edge!

In addition to the game’s standard digital PC edition, a physical edition called the Magazine Edition (above) is available. Its physical contents match those of the console version. The Magazine Edition (PC) includes a Steam key sent via e-mail on launch day, an exclusive trading card,a 64-page Nepbike Magazine art book, five fold-out posters, 28 Nepbike stickers, the official soundtrack on CD, and a Steam key for the Neptunia Riders VS Dogoos Costume Set (sent on launch day) that includes a swimsuit costume, an apocalyptic costume, and a race queen costume for each of five characters.

Developed by Compile Heart and published by Idea Factory International, Neptunia Riders VS Dogoos will be released for PC via Steam on April 30. It is currently available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
