Welcome back to Waifu Wednesday, Niche Gamer’s column where we talk about characters, their appeal, and a little on their history. This week’s Waifu is Nanami Madobe, the OS-tan mascot for Windows 7! For those who don’t know, OS-tan characters are anime girl mascots for operating systems. While Nanami Madobe isn’t exactly the first, she was able to popularize the concept and achieved some notoriety even outside her native Japan.
