Head back through the Cafeteria to the back hallways. Go up to the second floor again to the hallway we last saw Lenny at.
Enter the first door on the right (opposite Psychiatry) and pick up the patient file for Will Hodgson off the X-ray table.

Check the X-ray file next to the patient file. Check the broken frame for a note.

Check the Session Notes next to the sink. Exit the room and head further into the hallway. Enter the double doors on the right for the operating theater. Check the bottles on the table. You need a tool to open the Sedative bottle.

Exit the room and enter Operating Room A on the opposite side. Pick up the syringe off the counter.

Open the cabinet and take the bottle of Hydrochloric acid. Exit the room. Head further inside and enter the next door on the right. It’s a room with multiple bath tubs. Check the newspaper on the table. Exit this room and head back to the hallway of the second floor. Enter the W.C. on the right. Use the syringe on the sink.

This will clear the syringe of the liquid that was inside. Head back to Operating Room B. Use the syringe on the Sedative bottle we saw earlier. Go back downstairs through the Cafeteria and the infirmary back to the basement, past Bruno’s office. Head to the cell where the crazy guy is being held. Knock on his door three times and he will break the glass. Use the syringe to knock him out.

Use the keys to open the door and enter his room. Pick up the music box in the right corner of the room. Head back up to Julia’s desk. Talk to her. After the conversation, head back to the second floor W.C. Wash the syringe again. Go into the laboratory and speak to Dr. Miller again. After the conversation, go to the morgue and check the registry book on the table.

Next open cell E103 for Hodgson’s remains.

Hook up the body bag to the hooks on the ceiling. Use the switch to move the body bag to the right. Open up the bag and use the letter opener to slit his stomach open and pull out the key to the music box. We need to track down the key now. Head back down to the ground floor – turn right and enter the second door to the left to find the key again.

Head to Bertrand’s cell now – past the cafeteria. Place the music box on the table near the bed and use the key to play it.

Check the pattern on the floor that Bertrand just drew. The clock will strike 1:00 AM.
