Famitsu Dengeki have shared their Game Awards winners for 2024, and of course there were some Switch games amongst the nominees and winners.
This year was somewhat quieter for high profile Nintendo releases, but the surprise Famicom Detective sequel, Emio – The Smiling Man, did get a win for Best Adventure game. The biggest winner across all the categories this year was Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, taking Game of the Year and coming out on top in several other categories as well.
